We do fewer projects because we work for our future.
We are an investment-oriented construction company, mainly serving the development and construction of real estate investment in line with market trends. Our customers are more of our shareholders and investors, so we have multiple relationships with our customers, both as customers and as bosses. We have to be careful with all our work under the influence of this relationship. Our relationship with our clients is long term. So we take our current job more seriously. We don't want to have to duplicate work on a project because of engineering quality, that's frustrating. So we approach our projects with an almost paranoid attitude. At the same time, we also have a deep understanding of this: it is not easy for owners to start any new business, and they have to face many changing factors. We hope that we can solve the engineering problems for our customers so that they don't have to worry too much about it.

With in-house architectural and civil engineering, we pride ourselves on using carefully selected subcontractors and professionals for each project. This enables us to provide the most competitive pricing on our projects. Our turnkey projects include Design-Build or Build-To-Suit manufacturing/distribution facilities and can be built on an Ours Development site or the buyer’s site

Property Management & Tax Consultants
Manage properties we develop and own, as well as properties commissioned by our clients. Management and maintenance of built properties, management and maintenance of tenants; property tax valuation and property tax protests.
